Placing an order
A contract between the customer and Stessi Boutique for the sale of our
products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and
dispatched. This does not affect the customer's statutory rights. A delivery
charge will be added to your order value where appropriate, please see delivery
times and charges.
You will be guided through the order purchase process by a series of
simple instructions and will have the opportunity to review your order and
confirm it is correct prior to order completion. Once you have placed your
order, we will send you an email acknowledgement providing you with your order
details and the value of your order, which has been debited to your
debit/credit card/paypal account.

than one part. We do not accept any liability for a delay in delivery caused by
third parties, weather conditions or any other reason outside of our reasonable

You may cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason up to 14
calendar days after receipt of goods. The cancellation period will expire after

If you do cancel the contract within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full including the delivery charge within 14 days of receipt of returned goods. Or 14 days after the day your provide evidence that you have returned the goods. (Please note we will not reimburse supplementary costs arising if you choose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us.)
To meet the cancellation

offer you an exchange provided that the products are returned complete, in
perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging.

Payment and Taxes
We accept online payment in a secure environment by credit card or debit
card. We currently accept payments by Paypal,

All transactions are shown in £ sterling. All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in £ sterling and where appropriate are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate but exclusive of delivery charges.
If your order is being dispatched to a destination outside the
European Community (EC) then your sales tax will be zero. If your order is
being sent to a member state of the EC then the selling price will include VAT
at the current rate.
The current rate of VAT is 20%. Any customs or import
duties levied once the package reaches your destination country will be your
responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict

Description of Goods
Whilst we take all reasonable care to make sure that all details,
prices, descriptions and images of products on this site are correct at the
time of entry, we cannot guarantee that they are complete or error free. We
endeavour to display through this website all items in our current range. We
aim to hold stock of all styles and sizes whilst a product is active.
The legal ownership of the goods will remain with Stessi Boutique until
full payment has been received. Upon a refund the legal ownership of the goods
will immediately revert to Stessi Boutique.
